Sales Position

Carine’s Merchandise have a sales position available in Western Victoria.

We currently have a great track record in new and repeat sales but want to grow our business with a dedicated sales professional.

We have a diverse portfolio of products including grain handling, storage and cleaning, earthmoving, telehandlers, conveyors, Implements and general farm needs. Our offering has evolved over the last 10 years to a position where we believe we have the right machines for the market, at the right price with the support and backup to ensure repeat sales.

You’ll be part of a family owned business that is professional, organised with a client solution based focus. We value the long term support of our customers.

This position is about long-term relationship building, being efficient with your time, listening, and being positive and enthusiastic.

For the right person the position can be based anywhere in the territory. We have two branches that may require you to attend to assist with sales etc in Horsham and Ballarat. The position comes with all necessary tools to perform the job including maintained company vehicle and phone/laptop.

Yard Coordinator

Carine’s Merchandise have a yard co-ordinator position available in Horsham.

The position would be ideally suited to someone who enjoys people, has experience in machinery and agriculture and is looking for a varied position where no two days are the same.

The position is about ensuring clients receive the red carpet treatment, while assisting the sales and admin team in delivering and the day to day movement of machines.

You’ll be part of a family owned business that is professional, organised with a client solution based focus. We value the long-term support of our customers.

We strongly recommend enquiries from diversified applicants, but a knowledge of agriculture or earthmoving will be essential. If you already have experience in another facet of ag, this may be the opportunity you’ve been seeking.

This position may be suited to someone who’s semi-retired and wants to keep working a few days a week.
